Appliance Sales Part Time (FREDRICTON)

• Actively seeking Customers on the racetrack within the Appliance and Custom Kitchen Show rooms
• Asking open-ended questions and expressing interest in projects in order to best serve the Customer
• Determining Customer’s level of expertise and needs. Answering questions and escorting Customers to merchandise in other sales areas that fit their needs
• Assisting Customers in other sales areas when appropriate
• Providing customer service over the telephone
• Assisting Customers with special orders and install sales (i.e. Home Depot Services)
• Communicating with the Escalation Team regarding ordering issues
• Communicating with the Freight/Fulfillment Team regarding pack-out/pack-down
• Attending all scheduled product knowledge and training seminars
