Seeking reliable, loving part-time Nanny in Victoria, BC!

The ideal candidate should have previous experience caring for toddlers and be willing to commit to a very part-time schedule ( ie 4 to 5 hours 2 days per week ) which is still being tweaked as Mom just returned to work. Dad is around at home helping out but can’t do it all as he needs to walk the dogs and run some errands, take a break sometimes. Minor meal prep or cleaning but the main focus is our child and helping them feel safe and secure when Mom is away. They are very sweet and easy going and love animals. Speaking Spanish would be a bonus for us!
We value someone who likes dogs, trustworthy, organized, and capable of creating a safe and stimulating environment for our child. We believe in open communication and respect, and we hope to find a nanny who shares these values. We would love someone who can take our child to the park and have some social interactions with other children when possible.
