Key Responsibilities:
• Removal of old sealant from windows, doors, vents, and other exterior surfaces.
• Applying high-quality, professional-grade caulking (non-sag sealants) using industry-standard tools.
• Ensuring a clean, smooth finish that meets or exceeds company standards.
• Inspecting and troubleshooting potential problem areas before sealing.
• Engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining the process when needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the job site during and after the project.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in caulking, sealing, or related trades.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes.
• Proficiency in removing old sealant without damaging surrounding areas.
• Experience working with premium non-sag sealants is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to ensure clear communication with clients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Applicants must have their own set of professional tools required for caulking and sealant removal.
