Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3years experience and will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a commitment to safety, adherence to traffic laws, and the ability to manage delivery schedules effectively. The Truck Driver will operate day-cab and bunk trucks (bob tail), chassis, flatbeds, and trailers.

Responsibilities
– Operate various types of trucks, chassis with containers, trailers, and flatbeds.
– Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
– Plan routes and manage delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
– Load and unload freight using forklifts or manual handling as required.
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
– Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation.
– Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
– Perform routine maintenance on vehicles as needed.

Skills
– Proficient in operating chassis, flatbeds, and trailers. With CN & CP Experience.
– Experience with manual transmission driving is preferred.
– Strong understanding of route driving and logistics management.
– Ability to safely operate forklifts for loading and unloading freight.
– Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
– Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
– Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
