Line Lead position available $18.70/hr

The Lead hand will be responsible for the direction and coordination of a team of workers to meet mixing requirements and quality standards. Responsibilities will include training of staff in mixing methods, safety, policies and procedures.

Must have Permanent Residence or Citizen

Afternoon Shift : 3:15pm-12:30am

Responsibilities

– Oversee the operation of mixing department in the food processing plant.
-Manage the mixing process for cookie dough production lines with a hand–on approach.
-Identify temporary labor requirement and inform the Supervisor to make the arrangements.
-Organize breaks in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
-Assign different tasks to team members and ensure maximum utilization of all available resources
– Other duties as assigned
