Cleaning contract for Sale. Details:
– 10 years old contract. Solid and reliable customer.
– Monthly $2,850 per month or $34,200 per year
– We provide cleaning supplies to the customer including garbage bags & Hand lotion, urinal pucks, etc. every 2-3months, this is an added income on top of the regular monthly cleaning. We already have a supplier in place. You can discontinue the supplies if you want
– There are 2 cleaners already working for us. You can discontinue them and earn the total amount for yourself
– Schedule is 2 days a week. Wednesdays & Fridays after 6:00pm
– Equipment Including:
Mop bucket, mops, brooms
Auto Scrubber
