Handy man needed for etobicoke home

I am home owner needing a handyman who has some tools to demolish a wall and do some minor renovation work in basement. I need to remove a popcorn ceiling on main floor living room.
I need to clean up my yard as well.

Cash payment each day. I pay 25 to 35 hourly.
1. Please no general contractor.
2. If you do not have basic tools do not contact me.
3. You need to be a handyman type of guy.
4. You can not come with helper.
