AZ Shunt Driver Mississauga, ON

We are currently seeking talented Shunters based out of Mississauga for one of our clients.

What we offer:

– Full time scheduled night shift

– Pay rate: $24,5/h to $26,5/h based on experience and shifts available.

What youll do:

– Operate shunt truck to move trailers and containers within the yard.

– Inspect vehicles for defects and report any issues to maintenance team.

– Ensure trailers and containers are safely secured and properly positioned.

– Keep accurate records of movements and trailer/container locations.

– Communicate with other yard personnel to coordinate movements and prioritize tasks.

– Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times.

– Assist with loading and unloading of trailers/containers as needed.

– Perform basic maintenance tasks on shunt truck, such as fueling and cleaning

Who you are:

– Minimum 2 years AZ driving /shunt experience required.

– Valid AZ License with clean CVOR and Abstract
