looking for a handyman for tiling, and plumbing

I am looking for a handyman for caulking, tiling, plumbing and some odd jobs around the house. should be experienced with using ladders, and experience with tiling and plumbing.
I would like to seal the gap between the wall and the overhang soffit and install a new washroom vanity with sink. I am willing to purchase materials. Also, I have a ladder.
You should have some plumbing accessories such as pipe thread sealant, plumbing putty, pipe joint compound etc.
I am willing to pay $20/hour.
