Framer-subcontractor and Framer-employee.

This ad is for two different positions:
The first is:
Sub-Contracting Framer with minimum 4 years’ actual experience with framing in all aspects of residential construction required. If you are not experienced enough to be left on your own to complete all aspects of residential framing please do not apply.
Hourly rate for the qualified sub-contracting individual will be $35-$40 per hour. As a subcontractor you must have your own current proof of commercial liability insurance in place. You are also required to have WCB coverage so if you do not have your own WCB in place, the percentage needed to be paid will be deducted from your pay.
There is a ZoomBoom on site.
You will need your own tool pouch, hand tools, and transportation to and from work.
The second position is:
Employee framer with minimum 2 years’ experience required. Residential construction. 2 man crew. Boom on site. You will need your own tool pouch, hand tools, and transportation to and from work. Work is Monday to Friday 8-5 with two 30 min breaks. Work is in Edmonton mainly on the west side. Qualifications for this position are: Minimum 2 years’ experience residential framing. – Must be able to frame walls, floor, roof, and be confident with walking walls at different heights.
