Light sanding if needed and final mudding coat drywall

Put some drywall in my basement ceiling and replaced small section of wall with new drywall. Looking for someone with experience to do any light sanding if needed and final coat of mud. I’ve already tapped and mudded. Due to time commitment unable to finish. Shouldn’t take more than an hour to hour and half. Already have mud. Please have experience as this would be final coat and i will be painting right after.
