Hiring Cooks/Cashiers/Supervisor and Overnight Staff

Our new location of A&W is opening soon. Now hiring for all positions including Cooks ($18.20/hr), Cashiers ($17.20/hr), Overnight Staff ($1 Premium) and Supervisors ($19.20).
Cashiers:
The Cashier ensures an excellent experience for their guests by exceeding expectations and taking, assembling, and serving orders accurately. The Cashier cares for their guests first before anything else, delighting them with friendly and caring service that creates loyalty. The Cashier also ensures the dining room is kept clean and presentable, and contributes to achieving A&W operating standards for the restaurant.

Cooks :
The Cook produces high quality products in a fast-paced environment that exceed our guests’ expectations on every visit. They are willing to learn and embrace change as they implement the innovation of A&W. The Cook cares for their guests first before anything else, delighting them with perfect food having natural ingredients and great taste. The Cook also ensures the safety and cleanliness of the kitchen and contributes to achieving high A&W operating standards for the restaurant.

Supervisor:
The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an excellent experience for their guests by coordinating the team to exceed expectations on every visit. The Shift Supervisor leads their team in caring for their guests first before anything else, delighting them with friendly and caring service that creates loyalty to their restaurant. The Shift Supervisor also ensures the team contributes to achieving A&W operating standards for the restaurant, and achieving financial results on their shift.

Specific conditions:
• Extra $1.00/hour for night shifts
• Employee discount (50% meal during employees’ shift and 15% discount on food for employees and accompanying family and friends at all other times
