Prepare and calibrate the thermoforming machine for production runs.
Continuously monitor the machine during operation for smooth and efficient performance.
Inspect products for defects and assess quality against specifications.
Safely remove finished products from the machine and prepare them for packaging.
Operate packaging machinery to wrap, box, or palletize finished products.
Regularly clean and maintain the thermoforming machine and packaging equipment.
Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues to supervisors.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate production schedules and meet deadlines.
