We are a small Truck repair shop business located in the Mississauga area (Courtneypark/Kennedy). We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Bookkeeper/office assistant who can also handle office reception.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
• welcome visitors to the office
• answer incoming phone calls and take messages accurately and in detail
• monitor incoming work emails and reply
• keep files detailed and organized
• invoice clients/customers
• data entry skills to record various daily transactions
• process credit card payments
• ensure payments are received on time
• receiving and deposit payments from clients/customers
• follow-up with clients/customers to request payment for outstanding invoices
• respond to inquiries about accounts payable/receivable invoices
• administration and daily use of the Financial Software program
• accounts receivable/payable
• keep financial records, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping system
• strong arithmetic skills to double-check calculations
• recording transactions such as expenses and sales revenue

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Post-secondary , Word, Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Outlook.
Proficient in English ,and Punjabi

Wage: starting with minimum wages(3month probation period)
Job Type: Full time (in person office)
Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
