General Manager Position at Lancaster

Position: General Manager, Lancaster
Reporting to: Market Supervisor
Location: Lancaster McDonald’s

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee the entire restaurant operation, ensuring high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and food quality.
– Manage financial performance by controlling costs, building sales, and overall profitability.
– Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
– Lead and inspire the team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
– Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and development to ensure team efficiency and growth.
– Handle guest complaints and resolve issues, maintaining the brand’s reputation.

Qualifications:

– Candidates must have restaurant experience as either manager or higher for a minimum of 1 year
– Proven experience as a manager within the restaurant or retail sector, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to manage budgets and produce reports.
– Excellent skills in crew management, scheduling, and employee training.
– Demonstrated ability in cost management, including inventory control, resource allocation, and financial planning.
– Passionate, hardworking individual with a track record of improving service delivery and achieving business goals.
– Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on staff development and operational improvement.
