Need someone to clear overgrown patch in back yard.

One time help! I need someone who can clear out this large overgrown patch in my yard. It’s in the back behind my fence and between my neighbours garage. I haven’t lived here long so I have no idea what’s under the overgrowth. There are a lot of large rocks in the back yard, so I wouldn’t be surprised if some were there too.
I do not have proper tools, I mow the lawn with a push mower so you’d need to bring your own equipment.

Note, there is a lot of construction in the area but you can park in the back parking pad right beside the area that needs to be cleared.
