Experience in the service industry
Experience serving tables in restaurants
Similar fast-paced environment and atmosphere
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties
Participate in special events with enthusiasm and excitement; manage large groups professionally
100% compliance to Shoeless Joe’s Service Program
Demonstrate excellent food and beverage knowledge
Build sales through upselling and suggestive selling; act on opportunities to build guest relationships
Maintain good personal hygiene practices at all times; general cleanliness and sanitation
Team player; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure
Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events
Company and Legislative compliance
Smart Serve Certified

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
Pay: $17.20 per hour
