What you’ll do as a Sales Consultant:
REVENUE GENERATING, ON-BOARDING NEW CLIENTS, GENERATING NEE CLIENTS AND MAKING SALES

• Act as a goodwill ambassador to our clients and our temporary associates.
• Achieve sales targets for new business sales and renewals
• Provide existing account coverage and development of new accounts
• Develop appropriate strategies (short & long term) to suit business needs and requirements of customers and non-customers
• Must be able to work at office location
• Flexibility to work on some weekend shifts during the month as well as being “on call”
• Build business relationships with customers and temporary associates while providing excellent customer service
• Call customers to generate repeat sales and/or set sales appointments
• Deliver marketing materials to potential clients
• On boarding new clients by selling products and services
• Will conduct site visits with customers. Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions and qualify potential temporary associates for eligibility to work
• Assist with dispatch by preparing work tickets, distributing safety equipment, selecting associates for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location
• Occasionally, drive temporary associates to and from job sites (mileage compensated).
What experience you bring to the table:
• Customer Service attitude with the ability to work with a team and unsupervised.
• 2 years customer service experience and/or recent education or military experience
• 1 to 2 years appointment setting, retail sales, B2B sales and/or telemarketing experience a plus
• Highest commitment to quality customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Strong computer skills; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Power Point, etc)
• Ability to learn and work with new programs.
• Completion of Univerty Degree in HR or Marketing
• Having a valid driver’s license and a car that can be an asset.
• Bilingual language skills a plus

Required experience:
• Customer Service Representative/Sales and Marketing: 2 years
• Compeletion of Unversity or College Degree
• Proven record of Degree and work experience
Other:
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle is required
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
