Job Requirements:
o Work directly with patients to help meet all of their eyewear needs
o Greet Patients with warm welcome
o Book Appointments
o Control/ order and update inventory
o Answer Phones
o Pre-Appoint Patients
o Take and record measurements, adjust/ fit eyewear/execute details with flawless accuracy
o Eyeglass repairs
o Track Orders
o Troubleshoot patients concerns with doctors
o Check that our finished eyewear meets our optical standards/ patients’ requirements
o Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to patients
o Work with our team for exceptional patient service
o Help patients choose frames/ lenses based on prescription needs, face fit, style, lifestyle
o Collaborate with our team for best sales and service
o Represent our brand /educate others about our values and mission
o Clear and effective communication skills
o Thrive in fast paced environment, multitask, prioritize and manage time
o Healthy to do the job requirements
Qualifications / Assets:
• Candidates with optical dispensing experience with a track record of outstanding sales.
• Familiarity with optical software
