Shipping/Inventory assistant

With over 50 years of experience in the industry Absolute Petroleum is the leading petroleum contractor in MB. Servicing clients from Northern Alberta to Quebec as well as the NWT/Nunavut we provide a variety of services including design and construction of retail gas stations and bulk fuel systems.

Reporting to the shipping coordinator, will be responsible for the following duties:
– assist with parts and material ordering from suppliers
– create and issue purchase orders
– coordinate pick up and delivery of ordered materials
– receive and confirm incoming shipments
– package, plan and coordinate outgoing shipments
– track inventory of tools, equipment and materials
– arrange flights, accommodations and transportation for projects
– schedule maintenance and repairs on company fleet vehicles, trailers and machines
