Experienced Nanny Wanted in Winnipeg, Manitoba – $20/hr

We are seeking a caring, patient, and highly skilled Nanny to provide exceptional child care in a loving, safe, and structured environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, a warm and nurturing personality, and a commitment to the wellbeing of the children in their care.
Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, high-quality care to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote development (e.g., educational games, outdoor play, arts and crafts).
• Assist with daily routines including meal preparation, feeding, and bathing (if necessary)
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including children’s play areas and personal spaces.
• Assist with light household tasks
• Ensure children are following their schedules for nap times and feeding.
• Provide emotional support, positive reinforcement, and encouragement to help build children’s confidence and independence.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond calmly in emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Significant child care experience, specifically with infants.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Pass a comprehensive background check.
• Current Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Patience, reliability, and a caring, positive demeanor.
• Non-smoker.
• Previous experience as a nanny or in a childcare setting.
• Knowledge of child development milestones.
