Our newly opened Pilates studio in Richmond Hill, located on Hwy 7, offers a variety of classes including group reformer sessions (with four reformers), as well as barre, chair, ladder barrel, and Cadillac Pilates.
We offer private (1:1), semi-private (2:1), and public and private group classes (3:1 & 4:1)

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. Part-time and full-time positions available. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging classes, provide personalized instruction, and foster a welcoming environment for all participants. Your ability to communicate effectively and educate clients on proper techniques will be essential in promoting their overall wellness.
Duties
Conduct group and individual Pilates classes, ensuring sessions are tailored to the varying skill levels of participants.
Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including proper form and technique to maximize benefits and minimize injury risk.
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their fitness goals and provide constructive feedback.
Demonstrate leadership by motivating clients and creating an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation.
Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is safe and ready for use.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and Pilates to continuously enhance your teaching methods.
Experience
Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong time management skills to effectively plan and execute classes within scheduled timeframes.
Bilingual abilities (English and Korean or Chinese) are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
A passion for fitness and wellness, with the ability to inspire others through your leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships within the community.
