Forklift Operator

Our client, in the Prince George area is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team within the Plywood Treating Industry. As a Forklift Operator you will be responsible for handling incoming shipments, assisting with loading trucks, and inspecting materials.

Location: Prince George B.C.

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour to start

Shift available Monday-Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm
Temporary to Permanent Assignment

What is the Job?

Operating a forklift to transport plywood
Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials and products
Moving materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, and storage areas
Identifying and labelling materials, and recording their locations in the warehouse to maintain inventory
Completing receiving and shipping paperwork
What you bring to the job?

Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Experience as a Forklift Operator
Must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to perform repetitive motions while lifting objects from ground level or above
