Position: 310J Mechanic
Location: Milton, ON
Wage: $34-$38/ per hour
Signing Bonus: $2,500!!

Job Overview:

As a 310J Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles to ensure safety and functionality. You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct maintenance on various systems. This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and determine necessary repairs
Repair or replace defective parts, ensuring equipment performs properly
Overhaul and maintain braking, engine, transmission, and suspension systems

Job Requirements:

3 years of experience as a 310J mechanic
Own necessary hand tools for repairs
310J Certification required

Compensation and Benefits:

Vacation eligibility in the first year
Group RRSP eligibility after only 90 days (with employer matching contribution)

Annual tool allowance of $1,000
Annual boot allowance of $200

Paid annual MTO license renewal
Summer flex hours – Friday shift ends at 12:30 pm throughout the summer
