Steele Recreation is seeking a Lot Attendant to join our team!

We are a leading powersports dealership specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, Marine and ebikes. Our team is passionate about adventure, customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service. We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Lot Attendant to join our team and help keep our dealership running smoothly.

Hourly Wage Range: $16.65 – $18.80

Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with moving and organizing powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, etc.) in the showroom, service area, and lot.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dealership environment, including the showroom, service bays, and customer waiting areas.
  • Assist technicians and sales staff with vehicle preparation, detailing, and fueling.
  • Ensure customer vehicles are ready for pickup after service.
  • Occasionally assist with minor vehicle maintenance (air pressure, battery charging, etc.).
  • Provide general support to the service department and sales team.
  • Ensure proper storage and arrangement of accessories, parts, and tools.
  • Assist with customer pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Requirements:

  • Desire to work in a Service Department where teamwork and customer satisfaction are #1
  • Experience in cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles is considered an asset but not required
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract and be able to drive a manual shift
  • Be hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
  • Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore, it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven. If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason, please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.
