Need the following 2 repair jobs in Scarborough (Kennedy Sheppard area).

a. Experienced , skilled people only who have done it before.
b. Bring your own tools . Material will be provided .
c. Quote only for labor only (preferably hourly rate ).
d. Briefly share how you would make the fix/ repair so that we can understand your expertise.

1. Concrete slope patching. Reference the pic, have a concrete slope of 5ft x 5ft which is breaking off . Need to be fixed .

2. Roof repair – Back split house. Refer to the pics. When it rains some water comes through the roof leaks as in the pics.
