Full-Time Labourer

Select Fireplaces Ltd. is hiring a full-time, permanent position to start as soon as possible.

On the job training will be provided, however you MUST meet all of the following requirements listed below:
• Meet all requirements for driving a company vehicle including having a valid driver’s license for at least 4 years, clean driver’s abstract, etc.;
• Have transportation to travel to the office located on the south side of Edmonton;
• Be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects;
• Be familiar with basic tools and not afraid of hard work;
• Have experience working on ladders and not be afraid of heights;
• Have a great attitude and is dependable, honest, and able to follow directions;
• Enjoy working with others but able to work independently;
• Be fluent in English;
• Be interested to have a long-term career with a growing company.

If you have a great attitude and enjoy working with people, but also are also able to work effectively on your own, then this may be the position for you. You’ll enjoy a varied workday where you attend all types of job sites (both new home build sites and retail customer locations) and will perform service work and also assist with installations of fireplaces.

Hours of work are typically 8:00 – 4:00 p.m. weekdays with some overtime hours required. Employee benefit package once you have passed the 3-month probation.
