Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled Wood Framers and experienced Framing Crews to work on our upcoming multi-residential projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of framing techniques, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures.
Measure and cut materials accurately.
Ensure framing is level, square, and structurally sound.
Collaborate with other trades and team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in wood framing (minimum 2 years preferred).
Familiarity with multi-residential construction practices.
Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to operate framing tools and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
