The Opportunity

Lounsbury Chevrolet in Moncton is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Service Cashier.

In this role, the main your main responsibility is to take payments from customers picking up their vehicles that were in for service, answer phone calls in the Service Department and other administrative duties. We are looking for someone reliable, dependable, customer friendly, and enjoys working as part of a team.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner

  • Answer incoming calls to the Service Department and provide excellent customer service

  • Process payments (cash, credit, debit) from customers and issue a receipt

  • Answer customer’s questions regarding their invoice

  • Update work orders after the sale is complete

  • Balance payments at the end of every day

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual in English and French is preferred

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products and the desire to learn new computer system

  • Ability to multi-task and remember details of events that have occurred throughout the day

  • A strong attention to detail
