Waitress / Servers / customer service rep

Duties and responsibilities are
1- Welcoming customers to our self-serve restaurant and providing them with accurate, valid and complete information about our cuisine, menu and dining process.
2- Assign customers the dine-in tables. Manage the waitlist during rush hours.
3- Manage multiple priorities by handling dine-in customers, customers ordering takeout and handling incoming calls.
4- Taking all orders accurately and assisting customers to make the right choice from our menu by providing them with details and descriptions of our cuisine.
5- Identify and assess customer needs and suggest various options.
6- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
7- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
8- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
9- Cleaning the dining area and reception area.
10 Making sure that the customer washrooms are clean, and supplies are refilled in customer washrooms.
11 Cleaning of windows, doors, signs, tablets, sinks, and walls, as and when required
12 Help kitchen staff during downtime. Requirement and Skills a- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
13 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. c- Familiarity with POS system including Uber, Doordash, SKIPTHEDISHES. d- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities. e- Excellent communication and presentation skills. f- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. g- Eligible to work in Canada
