Help with decluttering and organizing needed by senior

Senior woman is looking for a helper to assist with decluttering and organizing a small 1 bedroom apartment.
Job will mostly consist of sorting , packing and placing items in car for donation or sale.
Must be reliable, and physically fit without impairment, willing and able to follow directions.
Charitable person required, due to limited budget
Job expected to take 8 to 10 hours maximum, spread out over a few hours per week.
