Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Car Hauler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting vehicles safely and efficiently from one location to another. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving, as well as the ability to operate heavy equipment and perform basic automotive repairs when necessary. The Car Hauler will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive their vehicles in excellent condition.

Duties

Safely load and unload vehicles onto transport trailers, ensuring proper securing techniques are used.
Operate commercial trucks and trailers in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Perform/Communicate minor automotive repairs as needed during transport to ensure vehicle safety.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and vehicle conditions.
Picture document vehicle condition at pickup and drop off.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety, transportation, and customer service.

Qualifications:

Valid commercial driver’s license (AZ or ARZ) is required.
Experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record.
Basic knowledge of automotive repair principles is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina to handle the demands of loading, unloading, and transporting vehicles.
