Job Title: Bartender

Malang Bar & Events is seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team! If you have at least 2 years of bartending experience, love crafting drinks, and thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant atmosphere, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following precise recipes.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service while engaging with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
3. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
5. Stay up-to-date with menu items, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
6. Verify the legal drinking age of customers by checking identification.
7. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations, especially during busy hours.
8. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a busy bar or restaurant.
2. Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
3. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Must be at least 18 years old.
6. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
