Require labour help downtown Toronto

I’m looking for a person to help out periodically during the months with property upkeep/maintenance. Property clean up/moving, organizing ,painting, Garbage removal, snow shoveling, gardening etc. Must live locally and payment is BY BUSSINESS CHEQUE ONLY..NO CASH PAYMENT AVAILABLE. Hourly rate paid depending upon experience and ability. College and Bloor area.Thank you.
