Supervisor for Janitorial Services

We are looking for a cleaning supervisor to join to our team in the Mississauga area, we provide vehicle so we need the candidates to have a G license. English is a must. We are looking for talented, motivated and energetic people to join to our team. We also need it to be able to join to our team as soon as possible. Some of the descriptions of the duties are as follow:
– Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in Janitorial Services
– Assign janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements
– Inspect work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards
– Record personnel data on specified forms
– Recommend personal actions such as hires and discharges to ensure proper staffing
– Confers with staff to resolve production and personnel problems
– Train works in Janitorial methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment
– Issue Janitorial supplies and equipment to works to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
– Responsible for the management of service representatives
