Responsibilities

Analyze dispatch data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance service delivery.
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other departments to coordinate logistics.
Utilize xpert dispatch and Loadlink systems for tracking shipments and managing inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all dispatch operations.
Maintain organized records of all dispatch activities, including data entry tasks.
Provide training and support to team members on phone systems and customer service best practices.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
