We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive / Senior Director of Sales to drive business growth and secure contracts ranging from $10,000 to $500,000 in the renovation and construction industry. This role will involve generating new leads, cultivating client relationships, and closing contracts for renovation and construction projects.
• Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation & Contract Negotiation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities, while managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
– Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the commercial, property management, hospitality, and development sectors.
– Strategic Sales Execution: Leverage proven experience in project management, contract preparation, and negotiation to secure high-value contracts that contribute to company growth.
• Key Qualifications:
– A well-established network of industry contacts within the Toronto/GTA area.
– Demonstrated success in securing contracts for renovation and construction services.
– Exceptional skills in lead generation, business development, and contract management.
– A university degree, along with the ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on professionalism and trust-building.
