Print Shop Representative – Hub
- Do you love seeing your photos in print?
- Do you enjoy helping customers with their printing needs?
As a print shop representative, you will play a key role in ensuring professional photographers, businesses, and hobbyists understand the value of print by providing guidance on print options and delivering high-quality output.
Key Responsibilites
- Providing customers with guidance on optimizing digital files for printing
- Handling print orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery

Operating and maintaining printers and equipment

Ensuring high-quality standards for all orders

Scheduling repairs as needed to minimize downtime

Providing support to customers and Canon Professional Services by handing inquiries and warranty exchange requests

Monitoring inventory levels of printing materials and reordering supplies

Recommending additional services, feature, or upgrades based on customer needs, and assisting with eCommerce order release and payment processing

Hosting small group events in the shop that promote printing experience and work-flow

Ensuring the proper opening and closing of the Canon Print Shop

Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

To Succeed, You Will Have
- High School or Equivalent Diploma
- Minimum 3 years experience in producing professional print products
- The ability to manage multiple projects and print deadlines
- The ability to generate reports and analyze data to provide recommendations to management
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit customers photos
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
