Culinary Chef position available for $23/hr. with 2 yrs minimum experience
– Location: Mississauga
– Shift : morning 8am-4:30pm and 12pm-8:30am
Responsibilities :
-Creating exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality, innovative, and flavorful dishes.
-Oversee kitchen operations, including managing staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
– The Culinary Chef works to design and execute menu items that reflect culinary trends, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences.
– Prepare and cook high-quality meals that are both visually appealing and flavorful. Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
Qualifications:
Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution (preferred).
Proven experience as a chef or cook in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
Creative flair with a passion for food innovation and a strong understanding of flavor profiles.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
