Snow Removal and Maintenance

I am searching for people, physically fit, responsible, and hard workers. We do 5 months of snow removal and then 7 months of maintenance of several commercial sites. In the winter I offer a guaranteed bi-monthly minimum of 50 hours per payday. If you exceed that you will be paid for those hours. I pay extra for actual snow removal hours, but will deduct any hours you are not available for. In the summer we often exceed 88 hours bi-monthly. Preference will be given to those with a valid clean drivers. I will not pay cash or under the table so please do not respond if that is what you are looking for. You must have a SIN.
