Experienced Elder Care Provider Needed in Dawson Creek, BC – $20

Are you passionate about providing care to the elderly? Our family is located in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, and we are searching for a full-time, live-out elder care provider to join us. This position would be 5-6 days a week during the day, approximately 7-8hrs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and be able to administer medication, making.meals, assist with bathing/toileting, and provide personal care to our loved one.
He is our elderly 90 year old father & is not very mobile as he had surgery to repair his upper right femur/hip bone.
We will be applying for equipment from Red Cross to help him use toilet, help him bathe & bed rail so he’s able to get himself up. Trying to have in home physiotherapy & occupational therapy set up as well to build his strength up.
We are applying for assisted living accommodations for him but meanwhile need immediate care for him.

Must have current criminal check & vulnerable sector check.
We are offering a competitive rate of $20.00 per hour for the right candidate. This role requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our family member.
