We are currently seeking a full time Driver/Stock Associate to join our team.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Manager and Counter person, the Driver/stock associate is responsible for the delivery and pickup of automotive parts to and from customers and vendors in a timely and safe manner while maintaining the integrity of the company by providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Delivery and pick up of automotive parts utilizing company vehicles
• Helping in shipping/receiving and picking/stocking auto parts, when not driving
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers by delivering efficient and friendly service
• Maintaining order integrity by verifying parts being delivery are accurately captured on the Invoice
• Adhering to the Motor Vehicle Act
• Maintaining good driving record
Requirements:
• Possession of a valid G driver’s license
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Available to work 6 days a week
• Capable of lifting and moving automotive parts up to and including 50 lbs. for up to 8 hours per Shift
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Capability of recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure the proper selection of parts
• Experience delivering a high level of customer service
• Positive friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal communication and effective listening skills
• Detail oriented
