Customer Service Representative

Our Client in Barrie, ON is looking for a Customer Service Representative to cover a Maternity Leave (9-10 months). The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and be able to work 30-40 hours per week and weekends as needed.

Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00AM – 5:30PM (Weekends as needed)
Location: Barrie, ON
On a bus route

What’s the Job:

• Receive incoming phone calls, E-Mail inquiries related to the products, orders in process, and general questions with the highest degree of patience, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Learn and provide basic recommendations for products.
• Assist with Inventory of products when required.
• Any other duties and tasks as needed or required.
