Our client, a global leading software products company, is looking for a Usability Researcher (Quantitative Research Methods Focus).

Candidate Requirements
5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
The ideal candidate would contain previous experience worked with search engines or on geospatial tools.
Previous experience running segmentation studies, A/B tests, and product analytics reviews.
Degrees in psychology, human computer interaction, or UX would be nice to have.

Top 3 Skills Required Years of Experience
1. 5 years of experience with Quantitative research including survey design.
2. 5 years of experience with analyzing qualitative data and deriving insights/themes.
3. 5 years of experience with creating compelling presentations and reports.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and conducting quantitative research studies, including surveys, segmentation studies, A/B tests and product analytics reviews.
Document the output of the interviews in well-organized and detailed notes.
Analyze the quantitative data to identify patterns, themes, and opportunities for improvement.
Create presentations and reports to communicate the findings and recommendations to engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the research insights are incorporated into the product development process.
