Customer Services Representative

We are looking for a hardworking, committed, and experienced customer services representative for our very reputed Pakistani restaurant.
The role is responsible for the following:
1- Welcoming customers to our self-serve restaurant and providing them with accurate, valid and complete information about our cuisine, menu and dining process.
2- Assign customers the dine-in tables. Manage the waitlist during rush hours.
3- Manage multiple priorities by handling dine-in customers, customers ordering takeout and handling incoming calls.
4- Taking all orders accurately and assisting customers to make the right choice from our menu by providing them with details and descriptions of our cuisine.
5- Identify and assess customer needs and suggest various options.
6- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
7- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
8- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
9- Cleaning the dining area and reception area.
10- Making sure that the customer washrooms are clean, and supplies are refilled in customer washrooms.
11- Cleaning of windows, doors, signs, tablets, sinks, and walls, as and when required.
12- Help kitchen staff during downtime.
Requirement and Skills
a- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
b- Srong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
c- Familiarity with POS system including Uber, Doordash, SKIPTHEDISHES.
d- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
e- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
f- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
g- Eligible to work in Canada
