Looking for live in Female to assist elderly couple .

Offering free room and board and a weekly wage TBD, for a single female to assist an elderly couple with day to day living.
Main duties will include helping with dressing in morning and getting ready for bed at night.
Some light housekeeping, and some light cooking also.
We have support coming into the house already for bathing twice a week, foot care, physio and respite once a week, so those chores are already taken care of.
We realize that 24/7 care is not practical in home and do not want to burn anyone out. We expect whoever we get to be able to also enjoy their time here and life and will work with them to ensure they have the time they need for their own needs.
We expect whoever we hire to be currently single, divorced or widowed, and have provable experience working with the elderly, also as you will be living in our home a background check will be required including a police check. Also must speak reasonably clear English as parents have difficulty understanding strong accents.
The home is nearly new on the water and has a beautiful outdoor screened in area and is set on six acres, if you enjoy walking and peace and quiet you will love it here.
My wife and I live on top floor of this house with 2 small dogs( we won’t mind if you want to enjoy them as well) and we also do the laundry, and other household chores. My sister lives nearby and also helps immensely so you will not be abandoned and expected to work 24/7 . We are seeking someone as flexible as we are who can manage their own hours around my parents needs, they do not need 24 hour care but need someone close by to help out as required which i expect to be between 4 and 5 hours daily and whether that is 5 or 7 days a week we can discuss but being this is a live in position any day you are here is likely to have some involvement with my parents…just being honest..
Also included is free internet, TV is your to use as parents watch whatever is on.. Car is also available if you have a licence and clean driving record.
