Responsibilities
Tasks
- Evaluate daily operations
- Identifying and investigating compliance issues
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for buying and selling of financial products
- Establish policies and procedures for assessing credit and loan applications
- Authorize loan and credit applications
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Advise senior management
- Leading/instructing groups
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment and other banking services and attract corporate and individual customers
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
