We are a hospitality company who manages rentals and try to provide all of our clients and guests with a 5 star experience. Occasionally, we will have to deliver items to guests or run some basic errands. We are looking to hire someone looking for an extra side job doing task rabbit work. What the job entails is the following:

-Deliveries: Buying items from the store and delivering it the house
-More deliveries: Picking up items from one property and delivering it to another
-Photo / Video inspections: Driving Taking pictures of certain parts of the house
-Appointments: Meeting with a contractor or tradesman at the property to let them in the house / be with them and to report back findings
-Basic handyman skills. Can change a battery in remote or tighten a screw.
-Basic technology skills. Can connect devices via smartphone

This is a part-time position. We offer flexibility to your schedule. A lot of jobs our team will reach out with the job and time and request confirmation. Work is usually between 9am to 5pm but can extend until later if need be.

Pay:
$20 to $35. Basic delivery tasks are on the lower end, higher tech repairs like internet troubleshoot are on the higher end. Appointments like meeting up with prospective clients for a house tour in the middle.

Requirements:
-Has a vehicle
-Has a decent smart phone and can take photos / videos and send
-Responsive communication
-Friendly, organized, and good attention to detail
