We are currently seeking individuals for the position of laborer. We are looking for team players who work well alongside others and can perform their duties competently and with efficiency. Join the LCS Team!
The preferred candidate will:
• Be a team player
• Follow the established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Clean and prepare construction sites for work including, but not limited to; removal of debris and garbage, shoveling, sweeping, snow removal, etc.
• Ensure construction equipment is cleaned and in good working order.
• Assist in the construction or demolition of buildings.
• Load and unload material and tools.
• Have experience/ be comfortable using hand and power tools including, but not limited to; hammers, drills, chainsaws, skill saws, etc.
• Control traffic in or around work zones.
• Have a willingness to learn.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
