Your role
The successful candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and will be in charge of completing pre-delivery lists before handing over a new home to clients. You will do various tasks such as:
• Conducting pre-move-in inspections and close-outs (caulking, etc.)
• Minor repairs (‘handyman’ type skills)
• Carpentry work
• Yard maintenance and site clean up
• Lifting and moving construction material
• Construction related task including cleaning, digging, etc.
Your qualifications
Candidates should be self-motivated and have a solid work ethic. You should also have the following qualifications:
• High work standards
• Very meticulous
• Transportation
